In essence, The Ferret would have a problem reporting on CEOs pillaging their own companies at their shareholders' expense, since (according to a Barrons article last year) her father-in-law did the same to a Philadelphia-based insurance company in the '90s. According to the Barrons article, Mr. Steinberg pulled some stunts that would make Kenneth Lay blush.
