I have observed that the Briefing site is extremely knee jerk and wrong as often as it is right (even a broken clock is right twice a day). I wouldn't put any stock into Briefing's editorial comments. They're a very good source for timely information though. Also, keep in mind, their extreme political biases significantly fog their ability to reason objectively whenever a political spin is possible.
