Hi Walter - Your interpretation of the Press Release is correct. Jaws does not have an official customer yet and a Windows CE version might not be ready until next year. I say might, because, who knows, maybe they'll never do it.

So, the magic question is: Now that they have created the Palm Pilot software, will anyone buy it in the quantities that they have projected? I suppose that it all depends on how the company intends to market L5, at what price and whether or not Jaws receives an official sanction from 3COM at a later date, etc. If you're pro-Jaws, I guess you'll give them a chance; if not, you'll pass.

BTW Walter, you said "Again, personally, I am more interested in net income than revenue."

I respectfully submit that this stock might not be the right one for you. You will have to wait a while for Jaws to show a profit. I've said this before, as an example, Certicom has been around since '93 or '94 and still hasn't shown a profit (and their stock was as high as $48 this year). I'm not saying that Jaws will perform as well, but I am saying that a stock can do well in advance of earnings.
