I wouldn't mind taking over moderator responsibility and have a few comments. 1. We need more posters, bulls and bears included. We don't have hundreds of daily posts like the CWEI thread and need more input especially from the lurkers. Quite a bit discussion goes on privately and would like to see some of the discussions go public. 2. Political posts should be done elsewhere unless it is pertinent to energy. In my opinion, we've done a good job keeping politics to a minimum but could use a gentle nudge to keep the thread on topic. 3. Banning posters is wrong unless they've really gone over the top. If you don't like it, the ignore button works great 4. Name calling and baiting posters by taunting belongs in high school, not here. Once again, we've been lucky over the years by keeping the behavior to a minimum. 5. It is easy for a post to come across wrong when that was never the intent. Give um the benefit of doubt and have thinker skin... Michael
