Possibly, someone(s) would like to buy the stock cheaper? Why is old CREAF news about downgrade and Singapore Market down sent very late after Singapore market close to arrive on news wire during day when stock is recovering from the downgrade and moving up. Especially when the news is already 12 hours old and the old news arrives as an alert on my system. Very suspicious?? But, probably very bullish.....
