Mr. P$nk, UCOMA / UPC news today: UPC, which floated on Nasdaq and in Amsterdam in February, will seek to tap the Amsterdam market again in autumn this year. UPC announced earlier this month it had filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for the expected issue of new class B ordinary shares. The issue will dilute the holding of UPC parent UnitedGlobalCom (Nasdaq:UCOMA - news), previously called United International Holdings, but its majority of the voting rights will remain. biz.yahoo.com Ahy thoughts or ratings on UCOMA/UPC yet?
