I heard the re-signups from the people who are in Iraq and want to finish what they started is very high.

You heard right and it is across the board, not just in Iraq.

Army reenlistments year to date are running at 106% of retention mission.

Reenlistment rates have long been an indicator of troop morale and confidence in their military leadership.

Our civilians have shxxxy morale...not the troops in uniform.

The Army Reserve enlistment figures for April were released this afternoon. Goal was 1355. 849 enlisted, for a rate of <63%.
