I like what I see - moving up against the tide of a falling market. While not "textbook" I see an ascending triangle (moveing up to a resistance point about 16 from progressively higher points) RSI, DMI & MACD looking good. One or two good news items & VICL should break out, unless the market sells of cource. IMSCO Scott
