My first reaction is small sample base.

Next I'm sure there are some standard numbers for the "norm" mass of these areas of the brain. Instead of using sixteen people and calling the group "normal."

Of the 15 people that were regular users, how many of them never consumed anything else. I mean, did they exclude former glue sniffers from the test subjects? After all, if these people were regular pot users, it would be logical that they had tried a lot of other things also.
