I would like to thank everyone who contributed to the discussion on community organizers. Growing up in a middle class neighborhood in mid America I saw none of the problems talked about.

Now I have a better understanding of who Barrack Obama is and what his values are. I am still confused on one thing. Obama represented the disenfranchised in certain areas around Chicago. He stood up for their rights when local government officials abused them. Now he is president of the United States and his former chief of staff is the mayor of Chicago. The question I have is are the problems these people had now solved or has Obama sold out to the groups he once opposed as a community
organizer?
