Sort of OT I just got off the phone with Waterhouse, the online broker I use. The other day when I sold my CDNWD, which was CDNW the day before, the online system didnt recognize these as the same stock. I called in and they took care of the problem. I just got the confirmations in the mail, and noticed they had charged me the higher, broker assisted rate for the transaction. When I pointed it out to Waterhouse, they immediately gave me a refund for the difference and gave me all my trades today for free. (And I thought that customer service was dead in America.) Kudos to Waterhouse!
