Mr.K, the reason I once had a webpage posted on my options page is because I used to get a number of jobs from here when I did consulting work. I still get offers, but I am not looking anymore for work. so, I removed my webpage.

I just find, as a general rule, if you intend to meet people professionally from the web, its easier if they know what they are getting up front.

My intention in posting my webpage was not ever to become a "public figure" or to constantly deal with these tiresome catty remarks from Who, Me. I suppose if one did want to use their webpage as a springboard into public life, they would begin by registering their site with the search engines, which I have never done.
