NTTG I can only hope that this move would be an indication of better days ahead for investors. I did notice a few differences with this annoucement versus previous announcements by the company. In the past when a new person was appointed to a key position there was a certain amount of positive posting about the person by a few members here. I haven't seen that yet. When Mr. Smith IV was appointed to the BOD last year if was shortly after last year's stockholders meeting. This appointment comes right before this year's meeting. Mr Koe's background and experience appears to be very different when compared to the other executives and appointees. How did a company from Knoxville find a person in the Chicago area with a very limited medical background? ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Mr. Koe, age 61, has a 30-year track record of success in consulting, asset management, real estate and public company governance, and has represented major insurance firms, national retailers and Fortune 500 companies. He is President of GoStar, which is the manager of Real Solutions Opportunity Fund 2005-I and Real Solutions Fund Management LLC and Real Solutions Investment LLC. He is also Principal of Method K Partners, Inc., a commercial real estate firm, which he founded in 1988. He has served on the Board of Directors of ONE Bio, Corp. where he was Chair of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Financial Audit Committee. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Luther College.
