The number of shares Doug refers to is shown in the tables portion of the News release. The number of shares are "weighted averages" for the quarter and year. Therefore, the (number of shares) figures are skewed lower due to the issuing of shares during the periods. Also of related note. The TSE has shares outstanding of 38 million, it will be 45 million with all the warrants exercised, and I also read somewhere that they are authorized for up to 50 million, so there are numbers all over the place.
