Thanks for the info LML. Actually this news would bode well for AOL! I think there will be some remarkable changes in the future regarding cable access, and it will be interesting to see how it will play out.

One of the problems with a company like @Home is @Home in each area sets up more like a franchise rather than one large company. They have various deals with various cable companies which are not consistently constructed across the board. Thus if you have a subscriber who may have more than one residence and you sign up for @Home cable access in both locations...you pay twice for the service. Yet some of the cable companies allow you transfer your service from one location to another, while other cable companies do not offer that capability. In the locations where you cannot transfer back and forth between locations and you pay double to @Home. This is one of the problems that is yet to be address but that is to be expected as we forge into new territories.

Thanks for Aldephia info...I do believe the picture will be clearer a year from now...in more ways than one.
