I just went to the link in reply 1125 by David Gardiner and as I was reading, something sank into my skull that just hadn't penetrated it before.

Please tell me if I've got this right. For the $99 you pay for the card, even if as part of the package you didn't get the internet content, your computer monitor would still become an extra color tv.

And you could open two windows and work on your email or play a game or whatever on the left while the tv program of your choice could be playing on the right? Sports, a concert, the weather, latebreaking news, whatever?

I'm embarrassed if I have this wrong and am embarrassed anyway if I have it right, for not understanding this aspect of Wavetop though I've been buying this stock for a couple of years.

If this is right, everyone who has a TV and a home computer will lay out the $99 for the card.

And if this is right, would somebody please tell me that I'm not the only one who understood the push content part but didn't grasp the color-tv-on-the-right-side-of-the-screen part.
