Is it a boon for the Bangladeshis, or an exploitation of the Bangladeshis -- or is that a false dilemma?

Watch them "regulate" the profit out of it. One of the things that got Enron in trouble was putting major money into India. I always think of how Union Carbide got raped when their plant was sabotaged.
