A very scary article indeed, LB. If one carries the concept farther, then if a Nation is to grab one's money, and then form committees as to determine if the person who helped pay for the services will be able to use the services.....then why bother with anything.... Why bother: Working. Earning money to give to someone else. The Eskimos were the original communistic society. They did send their old people to die out to ice flows ...
