The burden of proof ... show that SIDS victims ... exposure to outdoor air pollution...

The burden of proof?

In any discussion, there must be some common ground - shared references. It could start out being as little as a few words in a common language. In this case, I suggest that both of you are aware that 1) babies breath air*, 2) babies sometimes go outside, 3) air sometimes comes inside, and 4) the baby continues to breathe whether inside or outside. It's probably not much harder to imagine that all participants in this discussion are aware that air pollution can have an effect on breathing.

Pretending not to be aware of any of these truths (call them cultural biases if you wish), marks you as a failed AI experiment...

*when babies quit breathing without another known cause, we call it SIDS - Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.
