BC: MARKET COMMENTS This particular break may have made bottom today, but I think enough technical and psychological damage has been done to the market and the participants that I see more downside later in the year. Add fighting the Fed, unappealing political choices, and still high valuations in certain sectors and I can't get too enthused long term. In fact, failure to make a new NAZ high this summer will confirm for me that the tide has turned .. ie a market going forward characterized by lower highs on the rallys and lower lows on the sell-offs .. It will also be important to monitor $$$ movement out of equities and into cash/money market funds/bonds .. So far we've had rotational corrections with the money moving from sector to sector, but not leaving the table .. watch for this ..
