A few weeks ago I saw a headline on the espn website that read "Lakers extract revenge on Jazz." Someone please tell me how exactly one "extracts" revenge. Does one squeeze one's opponent really hard and wait for the revenge to spew forth? Does one put one's opponent through a grinder and filter out the revenge?
