If I read things correctly, NGD management has said that everything was properly in place from an administrative standpoint. Here is exactly what NGD said last Monday. finance.yahoo.com When the environmentalists' version of this news was released on Wed or Thurs people panicked. This is the exact kind of thing which often is viewed historically as an incredible buying opportunity.
