Ken, the way I read it...is that the "institutions" won't have to pay to be set up as a MS Money on-line banking provider. The users of the service, i.e. those using MS Money to pay the bills through the banks/institutions will still need to pay for the service. Not a stab in the back, but then again I could be wrong, but that's how I see it.
