I think so too! ..could be time to put NEOF on WL ..has been under accumulation for a long time and could be ripe for a move .. HCI.to (mentioned yesterday) is a strong buy at these levels ..brokers should drive this up next week after product demo last night ...(facial recognition technology on the TSE) HCIFF for US broker reference ..not listed in US but believe this is how brokers trade it .. also watch SONE today...
