The White House/RNC deleted millions of emails to destroy evidence. They were under court order not to destroy any evidence and they did anyway., This is a pattern which we saw begin after the Enron scandal broke. same mentality. It also goes back to the rightwing anger that Nixon should have destroyed his tapes and not handed them over. So the Bushies believe they won't make Nixon's mistake, they will just destroy all incriminating evidence. Which proves they are guilty of many high crimes, and indeed, guilty of treason.
