Drives me NUTS.... Goddard wants to spin off the diabetes group and GPCR work, and KDUS is sitting here, a shell. Give the work back to KDUS, retain an interest, and then merge KDUS with a small, private company that needs the i.p. and/or leads. It's just plain easy. Goddard has been blowing smoke for a long time. KDUS has been looking to do something for a long time. One plus one equals "duh!".
