I have called the company and they did not have AUDITED financials to send to me. I do my own research--thank you very much. Explain to me why since the anouncement there have been sells for 85,000 shares twice 10,000 shares three times, and a few other assorted sells?? It is most likely reg s shares hitting the market. Why don't you go ahead and call the company and ask them what their current outstanding shares are(not what was listed in their previous financial statements which are completely outdated. See if they will give you an answer. I don't call saying you have audited financials but not giving them to anyone else dd-------------Jim has given a lot of dd and information which I greatly appreciate so hasent jmt(why didnt you list him?)but it seems to me that jmt and I are the only ones who are using reason.
