regarding GS, we know he has several hundered thousand shares i saw the nasdaq search no indication if he has sold-if he has that would be peculiar imho considering what he has told cf99 by charles's report... (gs being sanguine and all) note on yahoo no insders have sold since summer acording to the 144 rule. the rule is that it takes 2 years to remove the legend on the shares and the rule stipulates that the 144 shares cant be sold untill after a year. Since its been less than two years but more than one year he can register the 144's and even sell them w/ a 144 announcement but his sale must be public since its less then 2 years since he received them I think i speak for most clyw followers that we like GS but that we also feel somewhat abandoned since we liked having him at the helm hopefully good things are just around the corner p2k (ps, now that he is a consultant i dont think that there is nothing to stop him from picking up and selling unrestricted clyw.pk shares, further if he does so, in regardes to un- restricted shares, he need not file any sec documentation)
