Now we know why it backed up today....seriously the upgrade was probably one of the reasons we had such a good rally Friday...ie their clients knew before...one must remember there has been alot bought in the 21 22 range and selling now is a good return...the point being don't get discouraged because it ain't going straight to 30...it will go there and probably before the end of APRIL...tommorow is another day..
