Larry if you had the courage to go to the shareholders meeting you may have been able to understand the financing issues a little better. But since you don't have the fortitude or interest to do your homework you are doomed to wallow in ignorance, repeating the the same senile babble over and over. Valence has their plan to bring the endeavor forward. Follow mooters advise and wait for company news before you invest. You may not be able to re-enter below 15.00 but thats only $2100 on your 300 share investment anyway.
