The smart money is suggesting that the deal will not be terminated today and the company liquidated. If that were the case, the common shares, which are currently trading at $7.03, would not be selling at such a large discount to their cash value of $7.60 (as of March 31, 2007).

The timing of the press release would really be very odd if the deal was going to be rejected by the shareholders.
