Re: Old Folk Portfolio ... New Positions and Add On Buys

Primary Objective: $300,000 in annual dividend cash flows.

This portfolio is in the withdrawal phase with $4,000 in dividends being withdrawn each month.

As dividends continue to flow into this account, I am putting them to work in some higher yielding assets as I attempt to close in on the annual income goal.

Today I added to the following:

HTGC .. 154 shares .. 10.94% yield
MO .. 4 shares .. 9.02% yield
T .. 31.23 shares .. 6.93% yield

Forward 12 month income now at $283,134.
