Dear Doug, Thank you for both your advice and sense of humor! It sounds like you have been around the block a few times in this industry. It is my intention to evaluate each piece of advice offered. In the end the final decision on what to buy is ours. The DD is our responsibility. No one else. I think this board will be in a collective sense and "honest broker".
