An income tax doesn't seem fair to me. What seems fairer would be a wealth tax. Forget taxing incomes which seem to be declining. Lets tax wealth being that seems to be growing. We should agree on an amount and any body who has more than that amount would have to that pay that excess of that amount in wealth taxes.
