I think its a bit of a stretch to lay blame for initiation of the legalities only on dubya No stretch, not only did Bush begin legal proceedings to stop any recounts, but sent in his partisans to disrupt the legal recounts that were to begin. It's a sad day for America. If there is a United States in 100 years, this will be seen as the lowpoint of the century. TP
