Dear Doug Foster: I assume Peak is near out of money again. I have not seen one review or advertisement about NetMagnet. From all the hype coming from Peak's web page and from emails I have gotten from Peak I assume that the product is not selling either online or in stores. There has never been an announcement of an annual meeting which was supposed to be in January. I assume the bulletin board issue is dead. Why would Wien Securities risk bringing a stock to the bulletin board that starts trading at $0.25 U.S.? My guess is that they are backing out of being Peak's market maker. One thing I find very telling is that many directors own warrants at $0.40 CDN and if the company is indeed low on cash, why is no one exercising those warrants to give the company much need funds. I'll tell you why........the directors are scared that this thing is heading down in a big way. In conclusion, Doug I think you desperately need to find a buyer of the company before there is nothing left to buy. The above statements are my own opinions and assumptions, and no one should use them as a reason to buy or sell the stock.
