Wasn't it was Senator Lott who pushed through last carrier it was a lot of jobs for his districts. I posted an article about the Navy Admirals trying to find a way to quit working with a couple of the top shipyards that have all the big Navy business. Between the shipyards and the Unions, the ships cost about two or three times as much as they should.
