I took another listen on the FOX web site just now. foxnews.com I missed this part of Voinovich's speech earlier because of a phone call......"We owe it to the president to give Mr. Bolton an up or down vote on the floor." I would have bet differently if I didn't now know better. I don't think there is any doubt that Bolton will be our next UN ambassador. I sure hope he makes a difference. There need to be some long needed changes imo.
