New Cybertel Chair Was CEO of City Bank
Apr 11, 2003 (financialwire.net via COMTEX) -- (FinancialWire) The new chair of Cybertel Communications Corporation (OTCBB: CYTP) unit Cybertel Holdings, which includes The Giving Card, is Ronald F. Williamson, former CEO of City Bank (SD) N.A.

City Bank is the largest U.S. bank card issuer, servicing over 25 million customer accounts.

Williamson serves on the Board Of Directors of the U. S. Chamber of Commerce, and is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point

The Giving Card is an Affinity Group product that allows credit card holders from Master Card, Visa and American Express to contribute to their affinity group or favorite charity by using their credit cards at selected merchants.
