Freep- I am pretty sure that it means that if you have something material to say about earnings, etc...you have to say it WHEN YOU KNOW IT....and you can not hold such information...even if you don't act on it (or someone privy to it acts on it)

I'll check tomorrow, but I'd be surprised if the timing issue is not part of the deal...of course, Softie could have saved themselves this ordeal by not saying anything last Wed., but, of course, that would have had consequences for a few folks, now wouldn't it <NG>
