It is amazing at how wrong Raza was. I guess he was expecting a price war from Intel, and therefore he wanted to lower overhead so that even with lower than expected ASPs AMD could still breakeven. Raza didn't know Intel's performance in the last half of the year would be pitiful. If he had waited one more quarter, he might still be working for AMD.

Jerry had the vision, Raza didn't.
