I have a feeling that gasoline prices are about to bottom out. Every day I go by the station that set the price here in Tulsa. Prices have been coming down a nickle or a dime a couple of times per week. Now they are only coming down by a penny and not quite as often.

According to this theory, refiners should be a buy now. I don't have enough faith in this theory to put any money on it, but we shall see how it works out. Probably as good as most of my theories<ggg>
