It looks cheap but it's in an industry that is in decline. It's survival depends on how well it can serve its communities with local advertisements/news/events as the internet has got command of the national, business and international news.

I figure FMV is 15 to 18. I'm willing to nibble a bit - maybe 1-2% of my portfolio - but would like to see a lower price and the selling pressure over first.
