Well someone selling 2 mil shares would takn the price quiet a bit. I think WCOM used lehman to sell the shares.

I guess PTEK lost big time with this deal and WCOM basically crushed them ie chewed them up and spat them out. Not a very nice thing to do.
Especially considering 20 mil is nothing to WCOM and companies generally do nto do this kind of shit unless some lacky at wcom wanted to show PTEK who is the real boss.
