I'm hopeful the wise judges(non-liberals) on scotus will find it unconstitutional, since it will ruin the USA's current stellar healthcare system. Once federal bureaucrats start rationing care and misfiling everyone's health records(good enough for government work), citizens will be in a world of hurt(pun appropriate:) verdict will be handed down during the presidential campaign.
