Rumor=baloney. Here is my reason. People got caught short on Corning this morning (or without a long position which they were planning). Many probably had plans to go long into the earnings. The earnings were scheduled to be released July 24 according to their website. That was I expecting---and had plans to add some short term call options. Their release caught some people off guard. How does one get the GLW stock price down-----start such a rumor. LOL!!
