I think that Apple has to be sure to keep it's current marketshare happy before throwing enormous resources behind building more with the notoriously dnagerous sub1K market.

I think the new AIO, targetting the educational market will also maintain Apple's marketshare while allowing them to work through the process of finetuning their manufacturing and distribution systems. Apple will get "there", but in their own sweet time and under their terms.

In the relentless pursuit of growth I think that the last couple of quarters have shown how fruitless this pursuit can be for the many Wintel manufacturers.

Three cheers for Apple not following the "pack".
