US nonfarm payrolls rose 75,000 in May, vs 180,000 estimate

One number is not a trend but now we know why the Fed is talking about lowering rates. It sees a recession coming. Recall that the Fed almost always cuts rates before recessions hit and sometimes they stop a recession and sometimes they don't.
