Sam,

Curlew is a partner with BEA in the Turner Valley play. BEA is not involved in the Forum play which is in Los Angeles. APO means after payout. That means that certain people get more of the first production money. After the initial costs are covered the split that then exists is After Pay Out (APO).

The good thing about Curlew is that they have multiple plays. On the other hand BEA has a much larger portion of the Turner Valley play.
