I was able to contact DrHeinouship and have a lengthy conversation with him regarding VASO. He truly is a cardiologist that is using this device. It took more than one attempt to contact him but suffice it to say there is no doubt he knows what he is talking about and that he is invested with his own money and his daughter's in the success of VASO. Some of the theory of why it works can be understood by understanding what is known as the Starling Curve or Starling Law. What is giving this tool the attention and credibility now is the positive findings by various gold plated institutions (eg Mayo Clinic) and the fact Medicare has agreed to cover it. The Medicare blessing is a hugely difficult barrier to hurdle. It requires proof beyond any doubt of its efficacy and once given opens the door for explosive growth.
